Halcott Pride Green papers, 1857 July 31-1864.

Citizen's copy of petition to the General Assembly, requesting reimbursemsent for certain losses sustained, and requesting that the state restore access and right-of-way to certain quarries and buildings. Documents include detailed history of their work, and a copy of contract, 31 July 1857, re agreement with architect John Rudolph Niernsee and others; and printed document, 1864, issued by William Izard Bull, chairman, Committee on the New State House, reporting rejection of the petition.
